STUDENT STORE 2017-18

Welcome! The Student Store is now primarily an Online Store.

The new Student Store is here to encourage school spirit and pride as a sole provider of SJSC required PE Uniforms, additional supply kit items and unique SJSC novelty items... and many new items coming soon! The 2017-18 PE Uniform consists of a gray t-shirt and navy blue shorts. These each have our latest SJSC logo with the San Damiano cross.

At this time, you can look for our store front to be open at Harvest Festival on Sunday, October 29th, 2017 and at Open House on Sunday, January 28th, 2018.

  • 2017-18 Supply Kit Lists: Included in your School Registration Fee are the following Supplies, listed below by grade. At the bottom of each list, are additional items that need to be purchased, seperately, many via the SJSC Online Student Store.

Step One - Order

ORDER HERE ONLINE NOW for your PE Uniforms, Additional Supplies for the Supply Kits, and Harvest Festival T-Shirts. Please assist our volunteers, and include under BUYER'S NOTES, your family's last name, your oldest student's first name and their grade in 2017-18 when completing your online purchase.

If any item is Out of Stock, the SJSC store will ONLY be reordering for PE Uniforms, Sketch Diaries, Recorder instruments, and Rosaries. If an item is Out of Stock, please email studentstore@serraschool.org regarding item availability.

At this time, you can look for our store front to be open at Harvest Festival on Sunday, October 29th, 2017 and Open House on Sunday, January 28th, 2018.

*NEW* Harvest Festival T-shirts for students AND parents are available in the Online Student Store this year! Show your school spirit and wear a HF T-Shirt around town. Purchase of these t-shirts benefit the Harvest Festival operating budget fundraiser and are NOT REFUNDABLE.

Step Two - Delivery

For your convenience, classroom delivery will be the standard delivery process through the school year.

Order online by Monday, August 21 at 3:00 p.m., and pick up your purchased items at the SerraStrong Welcome Back & Volunteer Fair Event on Thursday, August 24th, 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (No sales will be conducted at this event.)

If you are not able to attend the SerraStrong Welcome event, online items purchased will be delivered to your oldest student's classroom beginning the first week of school.

Volunteer Opportunities

Get a head start on your 2017-18 service hours by volunteering as one of our Online Fulfillment Team members, as all orders will be filled by parent volunteer teams. Please consider being a regular volunteer and email our Store Coordinator at studentstore@serraschool.org.

For the 2017-18 school year, we are only accepting Dennis Uniform labeled clothing. Please drop them off at the store front during regular store hours (to be announced in September). Clothing is accepted for credit/exchange only.

supply kits

2017-2018 SUPPLY KITS

As a reminder, the St. Serra Student Store has purchased the mandatory prepackaged School Supply Kits for all students in Grades TK-8 for the 2017-18 school year. No separate payment was required, as the cost was included in the 2017-18 Registration Fee, previously collected. What is included in the Kit? Teachers have conducted a review of the kit contents and requested exact items, sizes, quantities, and brands needed for your child's grade level to get them started for the school year. In addition to standard school supplies, the Kits also include items such as paper towels, tissues, copy paper and baby/disinfectant cloths. When does my child receive their Kit? The School Supply Kits will be delivered to your child's homeroom by the first day of school.

Note for all students: Items such as pencils, pens, glue sticks, crayons already included in the School Supply Kit may need to be replenished during the school year. See links below for detailed grade level supply kit information.

Some of the items not included in the kit (listed at the bottom of each grade list below) will be available through the Online Student Store starting July 31,2017.

used uniforms

The Used Uniform Store sells gently used school uniforms at discounted prices.

How it works: Parents turn-in school uniforms that their child/children have out grown to receive credit towards other Used Clothing. A log is kept of the credit received and deductions are made, when “treasures” are found. The credit is only used for the Used Clothing. Please note that the clothing needs to be cleaned and free of animal hairs. Thank you.

If you do not have a used uniform credit yet, payment of cash, check and credit card are accepted.

  • The Used Clothing hours will be the same as the Student Store store front hours, once announced in September 2017.
  • Reminder: Effective June 1st, the True Grits Uniform label items will no longer be sold in our Used Uniform store. True Grit Used Clothing will not be accepted for Used Clothing credit.
  • True Grits Uniforms may be worn for the 2017-2018 school year.
