Gerald R. Ford

President Gerald R. Ford was born July 14th 1913 in Omaha Nebraska. He served in the navy and was ranked a lieutenant commander. He later attended the University of Michigan, but than transfer to Yale and assistant coached the football team, while earning his law degree. He was a lawyer before presidency, and served 25 years in congress, he later would be made the 38th president after loosing to his democratic opponent he made this famous speech ....."For myself and for our Nation, I want to thank my predecessor for all he has done to heal our land." A grateful people concurred. After living a well lived Christian life, Presidency Gerald R. Ford died December 26th 2006 in Mirage California.
