Dwight D. Eisenhower accomplished many things in his life as a president and as 4- star General. As a General, Dwight went to many schools practicing for the army, United States Military Academy, West Point, Command and General Staff School, and Army War College. He commanded the Allied Forces landing North Africa in November 1942 and Head of the Supreme Commander of NATO. In 1952 Dwight was running for President on 1952. A year later he became the 34th President of America. On 1953 a year later the President went to South Korea to settle peace with North Korea, signing a treaty. The President was the first President to ride a helicopter. Dwight D. Eisenhower was a peaceful man that gave his life in the war, and accomplished many things being a four-star General, Head of Supreme Commander of NATO, and became 34th President of the United States of America, through the sickness, and heart attack. Still try to keep peace in our Country. Serving his country through Political and war.
