President Warren Harding was born on November 2, 1865, in Corsica, Ohio. He was elected into the senate in 1914. In 1920 he became the president of the United States. He became president because of an Ohio promoter, Harry Daugherty, who promoted Harding because he, "looks like a president." Harding died in 1923 in San Francisco by a heart attack, he was still in office.
