Bill Clinton

Bill Clinton was the 42nd president of the United States. He was sometimes a good president and sometimes a bad president. He made good laws but he rarely helped after other countries were attacked or bombed. People were injured, and even killed and he rarely helped. One of his own American ships were bombed. 17 were killed and 34 were injured but he never bothered to track down the people who did it.
