Herbert C. Hoover

Herbert C. Hoover was one of the many presidents that lead the United States. He was very important in our history because he was one of our presidents and without him the United States wouldn’t be where we are today. Herbert Hoover was born on August 10, 1874 in Iowa and he grew up in Oregon. He attended Stanford University and married his wife Lou Hoover. Before becoming president he was an engineer administrator and served in the army and served as the secretary of commerce. Hoover became president from 1929 to 1933. Herbert C. Hoover was the 31st president. Herbert was one of the many successful presidents that made the United States a better place.
