President Richard Nixon

President Richard Nixon was a good Republican President for our country. He reduced tensions between the USSR and China so there was peace. President Nixon stopped American involvement with Indochina. He wrote many books for people to read about what he did and what being a president is about. When Nixon retired it was good because he needed to and that was a good decision. He helped with the European Recovery Program. During the Vietnam War he ordered troops to go to Vietnam and help us win.
