St. Peter

1. Early life
   1. Saint Peter was a native from Bethsaida and lived near a lake called Tiberius He was a fisherman who will fishing one day he was not catching any fish. A man named Jesus was on the shore and told them were to put the nets. When he did his nets were so full that they almost broke. After that he left everything and followed Jesus as a dicpol and always helped spread the word of the Lord.

2. What virtues he models
   1. Leadership   St. Peter was the first of the 12 despoils to start performing miracles in the name of the Lord. 
   2. Courage
      Saint Peter models courage in this part of his life because he didn't know what was going to happen to him but he still got op left everything to traveled Christ.
   3. Faith St. Peter showed great faith through his life by, fallowing Christ, preaching, and he even died for his faith.

1. His importance to our Church
   1. One reason he is so important to our church is because he was the first of the decpols to perform miracles.
   2. Another reason he is so important is because St. Peter was the first pope.
