Renaissance means
“rebirth”. It is portrayed by scholars, artists, and scientists
constructing on classic Greek and Roman ideas. New subjects like public
speaking and math were introduced.

and where did the Renaissance begin?

people had an impact on the renaissance. There were many explorers, writers,
and artists. Explorers traveled the

skilled and practiced a variety of subjects. Michelangelo designed buildings,
made sculptures, and painted the Sistine chapel. Leonardo de Vinci sculptor
architect, inventor, and engineer. He is famous for painting the Mona Lisa
because as you walk her eyes “follow” you. Also none knows who the
girl is and she has no eyebrows.
A famous composer known as Bach, had 22 children
and wrote a variety of music. He wrote both sacred and secular music for choirs,
orchestras, and solo instruments. One of his famous works was The Musical Offering.
Desiderius Erasumus wrote a book called The Praise
of Folly in which he talked about the many different rituals the church had
that didn’t help people. Also another writher was William Shakespeare. He
wrote many comedies, tradjeties, and histories in which he studied human
emotions.
As trade increased with china merchants wrote down
measurements of their travels. Mapmakers took these measurements and made more
accurate maps. Also scientists discovered that the sun didn’t revole
around the earth as they erlier believed. Now they knew that the sun was the center of the
universe.
