The Renaissance was a very colorful and artistic period, with many famous people, such as the artists. The artists such as Leonardo da Vinci didn't just create some of the most famous paintings. He also helped give us an idea of what the human body looks like today.
When and where did the Renaissance begin?
The Renaissance era began in 1350 in Florence, Italy. The Renaissance era became very popular in Italy. Later the Renaissance moved to Europe.
People who were influential in the Renaissance era were the artists because they created very elaborate and artistic designs. They also studied the human body which helped give us an idea today of what the human body looks like.
The art and architecture in the Renaissance era was beautiful and extravagant. Michelangelo one of the most famous artists in the world at that time and still today painted the the top of the Sistine Chapel in the Vatican.
Guillaume Dufay- I chose him because he created so many different types of music. He lived in Europe. He lived from August 5, 1397 to November 27, 1474. He contributed so much to Europe and his society.
Niccolo Machiavelli – Niccolo lived from May 3, 1469 to June 21, 1527 in San Casciano in Val di Pesa. One of his many contributions to his society was that he wrote a book called The Prince. It gave leaders advice on how they should rule. I chose him because he is a great writer and a great person.
Julius Dedekind was born in Germany in October 6, 1831 to February 12, 1916. He created algebra number theory. He inspirers me because I'm not that good at math and I want to be as good as he was at math.
How the Renaissance affects us.
The Renaissance created many more inventions such as the printing press and reopening trade routes between China and Europe, the world also experienced economic, intellectual, and cultural growth. The renaissance also helped open up trade routes such as the Silk Road.
