What was the Renaissance? the renaissance period was a period that was founded in Italy. The purpose if the period was for power of the world. It was mostly controlled by Kings and Popes. The word means "rebirth".
When and where did the Renaissance begin?
1450-1600 Was the period of the renaissance and it began in Italy and it spread throughout Europe and that was it.
Influential People The most influential people during the renaissance period is was the Popes and Kings. they were very popular because they thought that the popes could block you from heaven. they thought the kings were important because they could do bad things without any say from his helpers.
Art and Architecture The Art was mostly about religion and the most famous person during the age was Leonardo da Vinci and Michael Angelo. Leonardo was very famous because he was one of the smartest people during the age. Michael Angelo was very famous for painting the ceiling of one of the biggest chapels and it was the best picture so many people recognized it.
Music – March 1685- July 1750 was a prolific German composer and organist whose sacred and secular works for choir, orchestra and solo instruments drew together the strands of the baroque period and brought it to its ultimate maturity in particularly Italy and France.
Literature William Shakespeare April 1564 – April 1616 was an English poet and playwright widely regarded as the greatest writer of the English language. He was very important because he showed human emotion in his plays and that he wrote over 30 types of operas.
Math and Science Nicolaus Copernicus 1473-1543 was a astronomer and he was important because he created many theories about the solar system
How the Renaissance affects us. the renaissance affected us by letting our president not being able to kill us without a reason not just because of racism and judgment and by his feeling of the person.
