Dwight David Eisenhower

Dwight David Eisenhower was the thirty-fourth president. He started in the United States Military in 1911. In 1915 he graduated. In November 1942 he commanded the Allied Forces in North Africa. In 1944 on D-Day he was the Supreme Commander of the troops in France. In 1945 he became Army Chief of Staff. In 1950 he became the first Commander in Chief of NATO forces. He is remembered for his advancement in national security.
