Grover Cleveland was the 22nd president of the United states of America.  He was born on March 22, 1837.  He was in charge of the Interstate Commerce Act. In 1886 he married a 21 year old named Frances Folsom.  Grover was the only Democratic elected to the presidency in the area of republican political domination between 1860 and 1912. Grover Cleveland died in 1907.
