Rutherford B. Hayes

        Rutherford B. Hayes lived a very interesting life. He was the nineteenth president. He attended Kenyan College in Gambier, Ohio. He also was married to Lucy Webb. When he was running for president, he lost the popular vote. In the end, he came out on top and he was elected president. He won by 2 electoral votes. His presidency was remembered for being the first president to loose the popular vote but still be elected.
