Harry S. Truman was president number 33
Harry S. Truman was born in Lamar Missouri. In 1901 President William McKinley is assassinated so Vice President Roosevelt assumes presidency. In 1905 Truman works as a bookkeeper for the Union Ntional Bank in Kansas city, Missouri. In 1914 Truman's father dies. Harry is then elected president. At age 88, He dies on December 26, 1972.
