Ronald Reagan, one of the
most famous presidents of all time and one of the more respected presidents of
all time served as our 40th president of the United States of
America.
In 1966 he was elected Governor of
California by a margin of a million votes; he was re-elected in 1970.
President Reagan was
already a successful and popular political figure before living on
Pennsylvania Avenue,
in the White House.
Only 69 days after being
elected into office, he was almost killed by a-would-be assassin but recovered
quickly and returned to office.
I think to be shot and
then return office shows a lot of courage by Mr. Reagan.
Ronald Reagan’s life came to an end
sadly, on June 5, 2004
because of problems of Alzheimer’s.
In my opinion Ronald Reagan was
very strong because he battled with Alzheimer’s.
Over all Ronald Reagan
helped his country to see them through with prosperity.
