President Clinton had a very big and positive impact when he was in office because he had great leadership skills. He proposed the first balanced budget in decades and achieved a budget surplus. He worked very hard and he tried to make a difference in his time at office. He achieved by approving a budget surplus. He also dropped the crime rates in many cities and reduced Welfare Rolls. He showed his commitment by trying to stop the violence and trying to help the people that don’t have any money. He also achieved the lowest inflation in 30 years. I think William J. Clinton was a very responsible President and took actions to change The United States of America. Bill Clinton changed many things that are now positive, that affect me today
