George H. W. Bush

On June 12, 1924, an American hero by the name of George H. W. Bush was born.  His family was very active in community service and volunteering for the church.  This shows that, his family is very religious and enjoys helping out to make the community a better place.  He was in 58 combat missions in World War Two and was shot down by a Japanese air pilot over the Pacific Ocean.  This shows that, George Bush is willing to risk his life to defend his country and keep his family safe.  Bush was one of the Republican candidates in the 1980 election but lost to Ronald Reagan.  When Reagan won the election, he chose Bush to be his Vice President.  This shows that, Bush had a lot of preparation before becoming President, proving that he was ready for the Job.  George H. W. Bush is a very strong, brave intelligent man who did an outstanding job in office.
