James Madison

    James Madison, the fourth president of the United States, showed great leadership and integrity to all when in office.  He helped to frame the Bill of Rights and made a major contribution to the ratification of the constitution by writing the Federalist Papers.  He possessed an awareness of what the country and its people needed and took charge as a leader when appropriate.  He spoke at the Constitutional Convention and was known as the Father of the Constitution.  Madison exhibits great political knowledge  and contains a high level of education, making him ideal as a leader.  Madison also fulfilled the promise of the Virginia Ratifying Convention in 1788 and led the Virginia delegation.  Madison's loyalty to his promises and strong commitment to integrity illustrate a fitting president and chief.  James Madison contains the qualities and attributes of an awesome foreman and president.
