After persuaded by his friends in France he ran for president in 1952 and was elected, he ended his term in 1960. This shows that, he trusted his friends and was loyal to his country for eight straight years. For example, He designed an atoms for peace campaign during his term as president. This shows that, he loved his country and tried to the best that he can to protect it and its trustworthy citizens. For example, He tried to negotiate a treaty with the Russians showing all the war plans for further arrangements so no one would be seriously injured by one another.
