Have you ever wondered why the Pacific White Sided Dolphin has a curved back? The Pacific White Sided Dolphin is in the phylum cordiata and is an amazing vertebrate. The Dolphins eight foot long body helps the dolphin to be able to swim around and far out in their habitat.
The Pacific White Sided dolphin has many important characteristics. For example, The pacific white sided dolphin has a curved back, which also makes it easier for them to ride bow waves of ships. This characteristic shows that there body structure helps do what they enjoy to do. another example is, they have black and white bellies. this characteristic shows that they have their own original look, spot, or description. Also, they grow up to about eight feet long. this characteristics shows that they are a certain size and its is a way to identify them.
The Pacific White Sided Dolphin is an active dolphin. For example, the pacific white sided dolphin normally swims in costal waters to about one hundred miles out to sea. This shows that they have a certain length and depth of how far out they want to be and can be. Another example of their habitat is they swim along Alaska and southern California. This shows that they are in the Pacific Ocean. Also an example is they enjoy riding bow waves. This shows they like to have fun in their habitat, there are many ships going by in their habitat so they can have fun and do what they enjoy.
Finally the pacific white sided dolphin has many characteristics that help it survive. Since it lives in the water habitat, we should all try to keep the ocean free from all the pollution.
