Isn't it amazing that gelada baboons have fingers just like us. Gelada baboons are from the phylum Chordate and have backbones. the gelada baboon has many different characteristic s that help them live in their environment.
Gelada baboons have many characteristics that help them survive in their environment. For example the gelada baboon can pick individual blades of grass. this shows they are very unique, nimble, and patient. Another example is they have brown fur that blends into the trees. this characteristic will help them blend in and keep warm. One more characteristic is they have wide nostrils. this helps them breath, and smell things better. they have many characteristics that help them survive.
The gelada baboon lives in many areas and does many things. For example they live in high grass lands. this habitat keeps them safe from predators that don't live high up. Another habitat is they sleep on big rocks. This habitat helps them stay cool in the warm night. One mare example is they forage in nearby grasslands. this and the plain old grass is their only source of food.
baboons are very interesting and they have many characteristics .It is important that we preserve the habitat of gelada baboons and we keep the grasslands were they live alone.
