My Hero

My mom
My hero, my mom, inspires me to do great things someday. My mom has helped our community a lot. Instead of doing things for herself, she helps out where she can. She is the PTO President at my school. She helps coordinate the fundraising and non-fundraising events. She also does a lot of things to give our school a brighter future. Recently, my mom earned an award for the most service hours.
I hope I can be like my mom someday. I want to earn a lot of service hours like my mom did and win the same prize. I think it is a great honor to have helped others for free. Since I can't win that yet all I can do is a lot of service hours. So far in my life, I have succeeded at achieving my dream. Every year I have won a little certificate for service hours, but so have a lot of people I know. I hope that one day I will for achieve my dream.
