Topographic Map

    Did you know that a topographic map is a map that shows different shapes and sizes.  Contour lines are used in topographic maps to show the relief of land.  Topographic maps are used to state and find woods, waterways, bridges, and buildings, natural or manmade.  Many topographic maps also show distances between two places and the direction from one place to another.
