Charles Law explains that the volume of a fixed amount varies with the temperature
applied to it.  As temperature increases, so does the volume.  For example,
if you have a balloon and you apply heat (a candle) the gas particles inside the balloon
will heat up and move faster and spread apart.  This causes the balloon to expand.
