Bilateral symmetry, segmented body and muscles, three germ layers, a tail, ventral heart, closed blood system, complete digestive system, and cartilage endoskeleton.

Characteristics that place it there:

Vertebrate, gills, fins, are a type of fish

Order: Carcharhiiformes

Characteristics that place it there:

An anal fin, 5 gill slits, 2 dorsal fins, no fin spines, mouth behind the eyes, nictitating eyelids.
