Characteristics that place it here: All animals are members of the kingdom Animalia. Also they are multicellular, and they are heterotrophs. Last of all they lack cells that plants have.
Phylum: Chordata
Characteristics that place it here: They have a backbone, a notochord, an endoskeleton, a digestive system, a segmented body, three germ layers, and a heart.
Class: Mammalia
Characteristics that place it here: They breath, they are warm-blooded, they have three middle ear bones, hair, a lower jaw, teeth, and the ability to produce milk.
Order: Carnivora
Characteristics that place it here: Siberian Tigers eat meat, they have four upper premolars, (teeth), they like to eat medium sized animals, and they have very good senses. Also they are great runners and they have a well defined jaw.
Family: Felidae
Characteristics that place it here: They belong to the family of felines and cats, they have a retractable claws, they have sharp pointed teeth, they have a great sense of sight, smell and hearing.
Genius and Species: Panthera/ Panthera tigris altaica
Characteristics that place it here: It is a tiger and the white Siberian tiger has it's classification in the panthera tigris altaica.

Fun Facts: The Siberian Tiger is the largest animal in the cat family. These tigers symbolize power and respect and have become a symbol of royalty. No two tigers have the same stripe pattern. The Siberian Tiger is the only tiger that can live in cold climates, often in zero degrees Fahrenheit. It can run up to 50 miles per hour and it has three other names besides the Siberian Tiger. This species of tiger can jump very, very well.

The white fur blows with the breeze,
as it helps the tiger not to freeze.
The Siberian Tiger walks on the prowl.
Then it sees it's prey, and with a growl,
it catches it's dinner.
