You might have heard of the Tennessee Valley, however that valley doesn't have a myth associated with it. There is a valley that does. The myth is that if a servant steps onto the ground of the valley, he shall set on fire and perish. The valley is along the Nile River and in Upper Egypt, located in Thebes (in Upper Egypt). The valley is also known as The Valley of the Kings.
The Valley of the Kings has two sections, the East Valley and the West Valley. The East Valley was used as a burial site and the West Valley was used for the pharaoh for peace and quiet. The East Valley burial site was used from 1534-1075 BC for the pharaohs between Thutmose I to Ramsee X. French scientists found the valley in the 1800s. Fun Fact: King Tut's mummy has fifteen rings, twelve bracelets and ten necklaces.
