Moses
Exodus chapters 2-5
A Levite man married a Levite woman. They bore a son and named him Moses. They couldn't hide him from the pharaoh. So they put him in a basket among the reeds. The pharaoh's daughter found him and cared for Moses. The princes gave Moses to another woman to nurse him. The princes took Moses back and thanked the woman. When Moses was grown up he saw an Egyptian striking a Hebrew. He slew the Egyptian. he ran away because he was scared to return because he might have got in trouble. While he was walking he saw a bush that was on fire. He went to go see it. when he got there the bush was unharmed! God called Moses Moses! God and Moses had a talk. God told Moses to return to Egypt and try to free his people. But the pharaoh refused.
