Martin Luther King Jr. was born on January 15, 1929, in Atlanta Georgia. King led the 1963 march on Washington from the Washington Monument to the Lincoln Memorial. He asked for racial equality and justice for all at this big demonstration. King won an award called the Nobel Peace Prize.
He is remembered for leading the 1963 peace march. He never gave up his dream.
I admire Martin Luther King Jr. because he made peace though out our county. He was a brave man and never gave up on his dream.

My hero is remembered for trying to change the law and trying to make peace in the world.
I admire my hero because he loved God and he loved people.

Martin Luther King jr. was born on January 15, 1929, in Atlanta Georgia. He married Coretta Scott. Rosa Parks got arrested for not giving a white person her seat. This bothered King and he started the Civil Rights Movement in the United States. He got a peace award.
My hero is remembered for leading many peaceful marches and for wining the noble peace prize.
I admire my hero because he wanted black people to have the same rights as white people.

He came from a family whose tradition was in the Southern black ministry. At the age of 15 he entered Morehouse College, in Atlanta.
My hero, Martin Luther King
Jr., is remembered for his speeches, kindness, and trying to give black people the same rights as white people. He wanted all people to be treated equally.
I admire my hero because he had courage. He also wanted everyone to be treated the same way. He did not want them to be judged by the color of their skin.

A lot of people did not like him and one person shot him in 1968. Unfortunately Martin Luther King Jr. died on April 4, 1968, but his son Martin Luther King the third is carrying on his dream.

I admire my hero because he had the courage to stand up for his dream even when he had to go to jail. I liked his speech, too. I think that his dream should live on.

I admire Martin Luther King Jr. because he made the best speech ever. He never quit and I want to follow in his footsteps.
