Chapter 23 Verse 4

Even when I walk through a dark valley, I fear no harm for you are at my side; your rod and staff give me courage.

I started my Serra career in Kindergarten.  My teacher was Mrs. Reiss.   The people that helped me feel welcome were Jonathan F.  My best friend was Justin D.  My teacher made learning fun by incorporating everyday activities into our learning.  What I remember most was my first day of school.

In the first grade I had Miss McKeehan.  Some of my friends that year were Miles M. and Scott F.  My best friend was J. Matthew S.  My teacher had a part of the day call catch-up where we did class work and homework. What I remember most was Scott reading his book upside-down.

In the second grade I had Mrs. Blaine. Some of my friends were Jonathan F. and J. Matthew S. and my best friend was Andrew R.  Our reading time was called dear (drop everything and read), this was my favorite part of the day.  What I remember most were our lame phonics videos.

In the third grade I had Mrs. Balsis.  Some of my friends were Andrius S., Justin D., and my best friend was Brent Ford.  Mrs. Balsis used to give lots of reading time.  I read a Harry Potter book and started cracking up in the middle of silent reading, that is what I remember most.

In the fourth grade I had Mrs. Sandfort.  Some of my friends were J. Matthew S., Patrick Q. and Brent Ford.  Mrs. Sandfort was the person who taught me how to take notes.  I still use the same form of notes today.

In the fifth grade I had Mrs. Peterson.  Some of my friends were Kyle K., Andrius S., and Justin D.  My best friend was Brent.  Mrs. Peterson is my favorite teacher to this day.  What I remember most from this  grade was when we made the dummies. That was great.

In the sixth grade I had Ms. Passero.  She taught me great organization skills.  Soome of my friends were Justin d., and Patrick Q.  My best friend was Jonathon F. What I remember most was the weekly geography drawing.

In the seventh grade I had Mrs. Tilton.  Some of my fiends were Jonathon F., Patrick Q, Miles M., and my best friend was J. Matthew.  I have learned almost everything I know about religion from Mrs. Tilton.

This year I am in the 8th grade.  I am looking forward to graduating.  Hopefully all of my friends will be going there and I will meet a couple who are already going there.  I am really excited to go to Santa Margarita Catholic High School.
