Vatican II

I chose this piece of work because it informs people about the history of the catholic church and it shows my talents that I can use in PowerPoint.

From this assignment I learned more about my catholic faith.  I also learned more about the history of the church.

One thing I want to tell you about this assignment is that I enjoyed working with the animations, colors, and backgrounds.

Johnny Tremain Essay

I chose this piece of work because it was one of my best Jane Schafer essays I have done all year.  It is also the only one that required almost a months worth of time to complete. 

From this assignment I learned that you should always pay attention to any book you have to write an essay on. 

One thing I want to tell you about this assignment is that Jane Schafer's way of writing is very hard and boring.  It requires a lot of work and makes no sense to me why you can't use certain words.

Metric Conversions

I chose this piece of work because I thought it was cool to find the height, width, and length of different objects that we use in everyday life.

From this assignment I learned how to convert measurements and learned how to use more of the features in Excel. 

One thing I want to tell you about this assignment is to try and do your own measurements and convert them to different units.  Also to try the new features of Excel.

Oil Pollution

I chose this piece of work because this is one of my best Power point projects.  I also enjoy creating Power Point projects and watching my work as a slide show.

From this assignment I learned a lot about how to prevent oil pollution and keep our ocean clean.

One thing I want to tell you about this assignment  is to not dump waste materials is gutters, drains, lakes, oceans, etc...

Civil War Timeline

I chose this piece of work because it helped me learn more about what went on during the civil war.  It also helped me understand my American heritage to a greater extent.  I also choose this because it shows the talents that I have when using these programs.

From this assignment I learned a lot more about the background of the United States and its important events.  Also I learned about the different states that seceded from the union and the presidents that ruled at that time.

One thing I want to tell you about this assignment is that we should all be proud to be Americans because of all the people who put their life on the line and go to war for us.
