I think that an American flag represents me because I live here. I was born in the United States and I have loved my life here so far, and I think that I will continue to love it for the rest of of my life.
I think that a water polo ball in water is a symbol of me because I love to play water polo and I love being in the water even when I am not playing water polo. I can not explain why I love being in the water or playing water polo except to say that it makes me so happy.
I have a cross because I am a Roman Catholic and I love my beliefs. I base my whole life off of my religion. I made my cross to say INRI on the top because that is what Jesus' cross said on the top and without Jesus I do not have anything.
I put a shopping bag because I love to shop. I love to get away from everything and be by myself. I love how I can go do this and not have ay reason to stop because my cell phone does not work in the mall so nobody can reach me and I love that.
My name is Lauren Mary
Sanvido. My name is not only a name, but a city and it comes from the
Roman cognomen Laurentius, which meant "of Laurentum". Laurentum was a city in
ancient Italy, its name probably deriving from Latin laurus "laurel". Saint
Laurence was a 3rd-century deacon and martyr from Rome. According to tradition
he was roasted alive on a gridiron because, when ordered to hand over the
church's treasures, he presented the sick and poor. My middle name means
Usual English form of Maria, which was the Latin form of the New Testament Greek
names Mariam or Maria (the spellings are interchangeable), which were from the
Hebrew name Miriam. The meaning is not known for certain, but there are several
theories including "sea of bitterness", "rebelliousness", and "wished for
child". However it was most likely originally an Egyptian name, perhaps derived
in part from mry "beloved" or mr "love". This is the name of several New
Testament characters, most importantly Mary the virgin mother of Jesus, and Mary
Magdalene. Two queens of England have had this name, as well as a Queen of
Scotland, Mary Queen of Scots.
