Vatican II

I chose this piece of work because it taught me a lot about our current mass and how it has improved. I also got to work on PowerPoint, which is my favorite place to work. We get to design our own slide and put our own touch to our presentations.

From this assignment I learned that Pope John XXIII played a major role in out church's development. The church has drastically made many improvements and all because Pope John XXIII decided the church needed changes.

One thing I want to tell you about this assignment is that it took a lot of time to make this PowerPoint the way I wanted it. It took a lot of research, but I had a lot of fun.

Jane Schaffer

I chose this piece of work because it was my first Jane Schaffer essay.

From this assignment I learned what life was like during the time of the Revolutionary War. There were many people that tried to gain independence from Britain. The were secret groups with many people.

One thing I want to tell you about this assignment is that the Revolutionary War had many challenges.

I chose this piece of work because I am proud about how much work I put into it.

From this assignment I learned how to calculate different equations using the formula bar in Excel.

One thing I want to tell you about this assignment is that working with Excel is a very easy program to use if you are making a graph or chart.

Matter

I chose this piece of work because it took a lot of my time but in the end I was very proud of it.

From this assignment I learned about the different planets and their gravitational pull.

One thing I want to tell you about this assignment is that if you have to make a graph and calculate different equations Excel is a great way to do it.

Oil Pollution

I chose this piece of work because it was one of my favorite assignments.

From this assignment I learned what is being done to protect the Ocean from different types of pollutions.

One thing I want to tell you about this assignment is that a lot of things are being done to protect our Oceans and our world. We must be careful about what we throw away, we have to protect our Oceans.

Social Studies

Civil War Timeline

I chose this piece of work because my favorite thing in Social Studies are the Wars. This one  was on the Civil War. I find this war very interesting because it was in our Nation and it was the North and South fighting each other.

From this assignment I learned how to create a timeline in Word. I also learned what some major events in history were.

One thing I want to tell you about this assignment is the Civil War was a very hard and long war for the United States. It is something in history that we do not wish to repeat.
