Who often took justice into their own hands p.77”. Johnny is just finding out that his loyal friend Rab has joined the vivacious group of the Sons of Liberty . Rab keeps his oath to the Sons of Liberty for a specific reason. The Sons of Liberty, including Rab, are not afraid of new things.
The Sons of Liberty act as a major part helping with the legendary Boston Tea Party. “Not one is to be told in advance what the work will be, nor who the others are, nor the names of the men who instigated this tea party that is, the gentleman gathered here tonight. Simply as they love their country and liberty and hate tyranny p.119”. Rab tells Johnny that the plans not going to be told in advance. They are just going to go with their gut, and what feels right. The members of the Sons of Liberty are going to be part of the legendary Boston Tea Party, because they love and respect their country. Rab, Johnny, and the Sons of Liberty dump tea into the bay for what they believe in, self government. They conquered the Revolutionary war a violent event that Johnny, and many of his friends took part in. Johnny proved himself to being a man, through his bravery standing by Rab.
